WHAT IS RAPPAW REWARDS?

This is our own loyalty programme that rewards our clients for their support in using our services and products for their pet’s healthcare and well-being.

BENEFITS

It is very straight-forward. Every dollar that you spend earns reward points. You can then use these reward points to make savings on any services and products we provide. You can check your total anytime by going to the My Records section of this website. (If you are already a Rewards Member, please contact the clinic for your log in information)

HOW TO JOIN?

Simply ask any staff member at the front desk to join.

The cost is $20 for the first 12 months.

Renewal of membership is $10 per annum.

HOW DO THE POINTS WORK

Points are accumulated to be equal to 5% of your Invoice (excluding GST). They can be redeemed whenever you make a purchase at the clinic, or you can choose to store them up for a later date.

The points will expire if you do not renew your membership.

Points can be accrued as well as being used in conjunction with other in-clinic specials (exclusions may apply).

They can be used on ANYTHING in clinic.
